This workshop will be conducted by David Moore, Director of HMP insurance and pension Advisors. David has over 22 years experience working in financial services within Ireland and specializes in bespoke mortgage advice for Irish Living overseas looking to purchase a property back in Ireland. David has successfully secured over 30 million euros in Irish mortgages for dozens of expat clients in Singapore. This session will cover:
- The Irish banking system
- The changes to lending requirements in the last five years
- How has the mortgage market been affected
- A review of the current Irish property market
- Practical requirements for obtaining a mortgage as an expat
